Regular drain down and clean services are essential for keeping your hot tub hygienic, efficient and enjoyable to use. Over time, oils, dirt and chemical residues can build up inside the pipework and components that you can’t see.

- Hot Tub Flush added to water on arrival to internally clean pipes and pumps. (After a long period of heavy use, your hot tub will build up a layer of dirt and fats that will sit in the pipework unnoticed (the parts you don’t see). The Flush product helps to clean inside the pipework.
- Filters are washed with an Instant Filter Cleaner and hosepipe. (Older filters may need to be replaced and are available at an additional cost)
- Empty, clean, rinse down and vacuum out the spa.
The Hot Tub is then made available to the customer to refill with fresh water and balance. If Chemicals or other accessories are required then these will be delivered along with the service.
What to know before booking
Please ensure that your hot tub is full prior to our attendance. We need the hot tub full as we will chemically treat this water to flush through the pipework. We will then drain that water ready for us to refill with fresh.
We will require access to normal plug-in power to allow us to operate our tooling. We will also need access to the main power switch for the hot tub, normally known as the RCD, not the isolation switch located outside.
We will need access to a water supply to fill the spa, and we request that a hose pipe is available.
The labour allocation for any service will be one technician. If two technicians attend site, you will only be charged the quoted price.
The inclusive price of any service covers the listed actions stated within that service. The standard allotted time for any service is up to 3 hours. Any significant time required beyond this may be chargeable.
For this reason, we ask that you inform us of any potential issues that may affect the service, such as restricted space, gazebo surrounds or difficult access. This allows us to provide a more accurate quotation for any non-standard work that may be required.
Where possible we will remove and clean each jet internal. Due to materials deteriorating over time, some jets may be non-removable or removal may cause damage. We will always do our best to avoid this and will highlight this to you if necessary. However, jet internals that require replacement due to deterioration will be chargeable.
