Hot tub response, were the only one of 4 company's to respond to my request to sell my combination of swim pool and spa. First inspection and discussion visit, and organize their removal. The team worked well with crane and transport removing the entire system over the top of the house.
They are efficient, professional. I have no issues with recomening their company.

Contacted hot tub response as my tub wouldn’t heat up they came round the next day and found the problem within 10 minutes ordered and fitted the part within 2 days working fine now very honest and professional service would highly recommended.

Hot tub Response has been awarded the contract to service all of our hot tub customers and deliver/install all new Wellis and Villeroy & Boch hot tubs this year. This also includes all out of warranty work on hot tubs. So far we have been very pleased with their professional attitude and prompt time-keeping. This is my first hot tub so was quite anxious on how to maintain it. Thankfully Sid and his guys have a fantastic plan so it takes all the hassle out of me maintaining and cleaning. Sid and his team are lovely on time and stick to their schedule. They have visited twice now and I’m very happy with their service. Communication is great and they very kindly clean the surrounding area in our outhouse as well as the hot tub. I would definitely recommend these guys. Very happy with their service.

Everything went incredibly smoothly with the whole job, and all of the people I have dealt with have been incredibly professional. Was a bit scary seeing the crane get into a pretty tight space and lifting the tub over the roof but it is now all up and running, I’m connected to the app, and it is heating up. I’ve had a good walk-through of the chemicals and how to maintain the filter etc. If there are any additional things you think it is worth me getting hold of from you, regarding keeping things well-maintained, do let me know. He diagnosed the issue and replaced the faulty part effortlessly on the same day. Professional, friendly and really knew his stuff. When you use Hot Tub Response, you'll never look back!
